Dale Bartlett is the deputy manager for animal-cruelty issues, overseeing public policy for HSUS’s anti-puppy mill advocacy.

In an October 2010 interview with the Neosho Daily News in Missouri, Barlett admitted that HSUS has only about 300,000 members in the United States -- which is substantially lower than the 8 million members HSUS often claims it has.

He graduated from SUNY Cortland in 1989.
