 Heidi Hopkins is HSUS's Wyoming State Director, overseeing legislative and lobbying efforts in that state. She also serves as the program manager for HSUS's wild horse immunocontraception project.

Before joining HSUS in 2007, Hopkins worked for the federal Bureau of Land Management, helping to control Nevada's wild horse and burro population.
