Kathleen Summers is the manager of HSUS's Stop Puppy Mills Campaign.
Summers was one of the key players in the 2009 class-action lawsuit against Petland that was dismissed in its entirety later that year. HSUS refiled and the majority of the claims were again dismissed in May 2010.
