Sylvia Lee is a program specialist and administrative assistant for HSUS's now-defunct Northern Rockies Regional Office/Western Regional Office in Billings, Montana. She was a founding member of the regional office when it opened in 1991. Although it is now closed, she still oversees the State Affairs and Wildlife Response initiatives.
