Vicki Stevens

Vicki Stevens is the national coordinator for HSUS's Spay Day USA and an advocate for mandatory neutering of pets.

The Humane Society Legislative Fund also names her as an advocate and a donor to its lobbying effort to end seal hunting in Canada.
