Ellen lends her celebrity in exchange for PROMO of Halo pet food.  From that she earns income and we KNOW she donates to HSUS.  Any income to Ellen is potentially income to HSUS.  Nope, can’t support anything that would lead to that.  I’m not overreacting but I’m not going to indirectly support HSUS either.

When someone decides to do a series of stamps celebrating the people who responsibly breed dogs and cats and participate in health testing to eradicate diseases, I’ll buy them.  As long as the HSUS is brainwashing people to *only* adopt pets and vilifies purebred animals and as long as dogs are imported from other countries and from U.S. territories to inflate the shelter dog population, I’ll pass on the postage stamp propaganda.

There is a logo/link on the Stamps to the Rescue website to HSUS. http://www.stampstotherescue.com/thecampaign.asp Even if it isn’t getting any money out of the deal, HSUS is still getting extra exposure through its affiliation with the campaign.

just finished the article on HSUS—and a thought occurred to me—what if every time a responsible breeder sold a puppy, a copy of the article would be included in the puppy pack which many breeders send along with the puppy?? Since this article is public record what legal consequences would there be? this article goes to the only reason HSUS exists,  MONEY’  I am not a crusader but when it comes to my dogs and my civil rights I will fight tooth and nail to protect both
