HumaneWatch Ads Hit Capitol Hill

The federal government may be shut down—well, 17% of it at least—but we’re still at work making sure federal policymakers know the truth about the deceptively named Humane Society of the United States. We’re back with another round of ads on the D.C. metro system. Previously, we ran a  “station domination” at Union Station, which is close to the U.S. Senate offices. Now, we have ads at Capitol South, next to the House office buildings. Pictures below.

We’ve seen HSUS lobbying efforts on the Hill bear little fruit, and a number of Congressmen have already called for a federal investigation of the Humane Society of the United States. But we’re going to keep up the fight to make sure lawmakers from D.C. to Honolulu know HSUS’s true agenda.
