Megan Sewell
Megan Sewell is the deputy manager for HSUS's Wildlife Abuse Campaign.
In 2009, she wrote a letter to the California Fish and Game Commission to urge the department to change black-bear hunting regulations in the state. "These proposals were reckless and could have jeopardized the health and stability of California’s black bears," she wrote, despite the department's evidence that the black bear population has grown over the past 10 years.
