Kimberly Alboum

 Kimberly Alboum is HSUS’s North Carolina State Director, overseeing all legislative and lobbying activities in that state. (Click here for HSUS's North Carolina-specific Facebook page.)

Alboum joined HSUS in 2009 from Willis of the Carolinas, a human-resources consulting firm, where she was a vice president.

Her chief area of interest in 2010 was dog-breeding regulations, specifically the passage of State Bill 460 requiring dog breeders to pay sales and income taxes to the state government.
