Sarah Barnett
Sarah Barnett is an emerging media manager at HSUS. She runs HSUS's Twitter account and, along with Hillary Twining, performs online damage control for HSUS on blogs and news websites. Barnett often comments under the names "Sarah2005" and SarahHSUS."
Before joining HSUS in July 2009, Barnett worked for the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria (VA) for 11 months and interned at the vegan advocacy group Farm Sancutary in 2007. She has also worked for the International Fund for Animal Welfare. Barnett volunteers with the Lost Dog & Cat Rescue in Northern Virginia. She is a graduate of George Mason University.
